Optimists are safer from coronaries than their pessimistic counterparts. That’s the “glass is half full” finding of a Harvard research team. The study shows those who are satisfied with their relationships, job, standard of living, family hobbies and themselves are 13 percent less likely to have a heart attack. Some experts theorize optimists fare better because they do not let an illness get them down and are more inclined to follow instructions from their doctor. ***So change that attitude – it could save your life!
