In some ways ants are almost like little people. Find out more on today’s Creation Moments Minute.
Proverbs 30:25 uses the word “people” in referring to ants. While this might at first seem strange, it is true that ants do seem like tiny people. Just like us, ants love to work in the sunlight and will spend hours clearing their little backyards of leaves.
Scientists have also marveled at the tricks used by ants to ruin picnics. One of the ants’ most interesting strategies is to climb a tree over a picnic and find a low‑hanging leaf situated over the picnic basket. The ant then proceeds to chew off the stem of the leaf it’s on and glide down into the sandwiches!
Read Proverbs 6:6 and 30:25 and see for yourself that Scripture is true, even when it talks about the world that science studies – and even about such details as ants!
