Usually when someone asks me to do a Batman voice, I have to turn it down because they are looking for an impression – usually of Kevin Conroy (Batman: The Animated Series), or the gruff glass-in-throat sound of Christian Bale from the Dark Knight film trilogy. Today, however, I was given the opportunity to create the voice I would personally do if cast in the role of the Caped Crusader. This is what I came up with for when Batman would be speaking an internal monologue.
