Nap It Up!

Image result for adult naptimeTackling a difficult problem and your brain just can’t grasp it?  Try a nap!  A good nap will improve your ability to solve problems. The type of nap that’s most beneficial includes dreaming, say researchers at the University of California-San Diego. The nap must include REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, which indicates dreaming. Study head Sara Mednick, Ph.D., explained that for those working on new problems “only REM sleep enhances creativity.”
