Ever wonder what’s REALLY in a can of Libbys Pumpkin? Now Today.com is out with a video showing you how the Thanksgiving staple is made — from farm to factory! It starts, of course, with harvesting the pumpkins. They are then washed and cleaned. The seeds and rind are removed and the pumpkin mashed before placing it in the can. The pumpkin puree is then cooked right in the can. From the farm to the finished product takes less than six hours.
