We’re getting there! It appears we’re losing about two pounds per week – which is good for me. About the time I begin getting frustrated with my size, along comes Wednesday Weigh-In for me to really look at my progress. It’s a nice booster. I should’ve published this yesterday – I apologize for that. I was away from my computer most of the day, but I did weigh myself yesterday morning so this is accurate. Honestly, I should’ve waited until this morning to weight myself, because yesterday I gave blood which made me lose a whole other pound… albeit temporarily. I don’t think any weight loss plan would recommend giving blood as a way to take off pounds, but I tipped the scale at 357 this morning so I can only assume that was the reason. I fully expect to be back up closer to 358 tomorrow as my body has time to replenish the blood supply.
