I love how this character pretends to have a back problem in order to get out of doing work. The directions wanted a midwestern accent which is somewhat difficult because that could mean anything from Texas to Minnesota – I’m originally from Kansas City, the heart of the midwest, but I don’t have much of an accent at all in the ears of most in the United States. Still, this was a fun audition to send in!
